About Us
The Welch Corp is a family owned construction company with over 65 years of experience in the excavation industry. Based out of Brighton, Massachusetts, we offer a full range of site work services to the New England area including site development, excavation, utility installation, parking lot and roadway construction, environmental services, engineering services and snow removal. Our full-time estimating and project management team ensures that our projects come in on time and on budget. We are a member of the Building Trades Employer Association (BTEA) and The Massachusetts Building Congress and our workforce includes well trained members of the Operating Engineers and Construction Laborers unions of New England. Our project superintendents and foremen are fully trained in HAZMAT and OSHA 40 Hours Training. We are a union shop and have agreements with the Massachusetts Laborers and the Operating Engineers Local 4. We presently employ over one hundred and fifty skilled laborers, equipment operators and foremen.
